Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to serve as First Assist providers across our CV/CT and Vascular Surgery teams in Plano, Dallas, Frisco, and Fort Worth . Work alongside high-performing surgical teams in premier Heart Hospital and tertiary medical center settings, supporting complex cardiovascular, cardiothoracic, and vascular procedures. Opportunities Include CV/CT Surgery – First Assist | Plano & Dallas First assist in cardiovascular and cardiothoracic procedures Perioperative patient management (pre-, intra-, and post-op) Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with structured call Vein harvesting experience required for select roles Vascular & Cardiology Surgery – First Assist | Fort Worth First assist in vascular and cardiology surgeries Vein harvesting and minimally invasive surgical support Monday–Friday on-site schedule Practice in a state-of-the-art heart and vascular center Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Active or eligible Texas PA license Surgical first assist experience required CV/CT or vascular surgery experience strongly preferred Why Baylor Scott & White?
