CHC of Southeastern, IA has 4 health clinics. They treat Primary Care, Women's Health, Pediatrics, Internal medicine, Behavioral Health, and Prenatal Care.

The POSITION:

Outpatient Clinic
Pediatric patient panel
Schedule can be 4/10's or 5/8's
Working with an underserved patient population
Many patients need consultation and education
Working with physicians, other APP's and support staff
Call rotated 1 out of every 12 weeks (Phone call only)
EPIC EMR

COMP & BENEFITS:

Salary $120,000 - $130,000
Retention bonus (5k for every year up to 5 years)
