Overview:
Franklin Primary Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care services in Mobile, AL. Under the supervision of a collaborative physician, this full-time role includes diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing exams, prescribing medications, and managing care within your scope of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide advanced nursing care in collaboration with a physician and care team
– Perform physical exams and collect patient medical, psychosocial, and family histories
– Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and studies
– Develop and implement therapeutic plans and interventions
– Evaluate and record developmental status and plan interventions accordingly
– Supervise and evaluate nursing staff; oversee ordering of medical supplies and medications
– Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health center reporting requirements
– Support non-medical administrative duties as assigned by the CEO
– Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor or Chief Medical Officer
– Provide care across various specialties such as Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or OB/GYN

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
– Licensed and certified to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Alabama
– Clinical practice experience preferred
– Strong documentation and communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Work Schedule & Pay:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day shift | $90,000–$110,000 per year
