Physician Assistant – Urology Cleveland Clinic Martin – Urology Department Full-Time | Hospital & Clinic The Urology Department at Cleveland Clinic Martin has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional, patient-centered urologic care. About the Role In this role, the Advanced Practice Provider will: Practice across clinic, hospital, and perioperative settings to support comprehensive urologic care. Perform First Assist in the operating room (surgical first assist). Manage post-operative care , including rounding, orders, and discharge planning. Complete admissions, histories & physicals, discharges, consults , and triage . Partner closely with urologists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions of care. Preferred Experience & Attributes Prior experience in Urology , Surgery , Hospital Medicine , or other acute care settings strongly preferred. Demonstrates strong procedural skills, clinical judgment, and communication in fast-moving environments. Committed to teamwork, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset. Schedule & Call Full-time schedule aligned to service needs across clinic, hospital, and OR . On-call responsibilities are required as part of team coverage. Why Cleveland Clinic Martin?
